QEM Solutions assisted PPS Pipeline Systems GmbH with various quality management activities both on a project and corporate level. The services provided included:
Assisting with the close-out of the Wormington to Sapperton Pipeline Project, including;

Completion of Project Handover Documentation (NG - NSBP007) including liaison with the client for Data book approval.

Day to day Document Control duties as required.
Acting Project Engineer for additional works at Sapperton AGI

Production of documentation inc. method statements, risk assessments, programmes, information and design packages.

Liaising with designers, subcontractors construction crews as required

Assisting with construction works and collating of final handover records.
Resolving welder qualification anomalies for the Holford Gas Storage Project, including;

Reviewing all welding documentation, including fabrication, PAUT, RAD reports, weld procedure specifications, qualification records.

Developing a new welder qualification Matrix and records in line with BS4515-1 requirements

Writing of a quality close out report and gathering approval from the client.
Preparation & execution of PPS initial Achilles Verify B2 Management System Audit

Production & updating of management procedures

Collation of previous project data and documentation

Production and implementation of new Head Office & Yard Documentation

Management meeting review & minutes

Analysis of SHEQ statistics and presentation of data

Acting IMS Representative for Audit and achieving +90% in all SHEQ disciplines
Assisting with technical sections of tender submissions

Writing of technical execution plan

Identifying responses for SHEQ questionnaires in line with PPS IMS

Assisting with collation of documents for final submission.
