Our Projects

Combined, we have over 50 years experience, gained on a variety of projects throughout the world. But no two engineering projects are alike.

Sometimes we manage a project from the very start and continue to be involved until the end reports. Other times we are brought in to provide specialist services in specific areas. Each brings different challenges. Each has different outcomes.

Main responsibilities include:

Providing professional advice and support to the project team as and when required.

  • Act as the formal interface with the main works contractor for all day to day construction site activities;
  • Ensure information and drawings are provided to the main works contractor of on site services.
  • Ensure all site activities are carried out in accordance with procedures, specifications, legislations etc.
  • Management of the project services team and other interested parties.
  • Ensure all authorisations and permits are issued to cover all site activities.
  • Plan and coordinate all outages and liaise with relevant departments and the main contractors.
  • Reviewing designs prior to G17 appraisal.
  • Providing technical advice to the Project Services Team as required
  • Carrying out reviews and audits of designs to ensure they comply with all current standards and specifications of the Employer.
  • Attending design meetings as required to ensure design processes are conducted and queries resolved
  • Reporting on design team performance with respect to engineering design and reporting non conformances
  • Identify and co-ordinate resolution of potential and actual problems;
  • Assisting the completion of Operational Acceptance requirements prior to commissioning.
  • Reviewing as-built drawings to ensure design requirements have been fully implemented
  • Reviewing design data packages for inclusion in as built data manuals.
