Entrepose Industrial Services were contracted to complete conceptual and detail design of the Asselby to Pannal 48" Gas Pipeline and AGI's for National Grid.
The 1220mm NB fully welded buried steel pipeline was constructed to interconnect two pipelines, Ganstead to Asselby and Pannal to Nether Kellet.
QEM Solutions provided project services and management consultancy to ensure that all internal processes associated with quality / risk mitigation during design were successfully developed and implemented.
QEM Solutions managed all activities associated with quality, technical writing, document control and final project handover.

Implementation, development, operation and collation of all documentation and computer records including management of National Grid's BP007G final hand-over documentation.

Provision of technical assistance for the engineering and QA/QC departments with CAD drawing production, method statement writing and audit preparation.

Engineering document production and maintenance, such as crossings, bending, procurement and 3rd party service schedules, monthly & final project close-out reports.

Identification and recording of 3rd party services and utilities through desk based assessment and verification.

Management of all design reports issued from design sub-contractor.

Review of TD/1 assessment.

Management of support staff.

Risk mitigation and development of emergency response procedures and handbook.

Development and maintenance of risk register.

Development of risk mitigation in the design process for best practice inline with CDM Regulations.

Creation of Design, Quality, and Procurement Plans.

Development of ground & groundwater investigations management process inline with NG minimum scope of site investigations.

Development of Method Statements and Project Specific Procedures.

Management of procurement process.

Verification of all supplier documentation.

Review of all company activities inline with NG specifications.
