QEM Solutions have been assisting Cadent Gas with the implementation of our Mineral Blue and isCompliant software. By developing a bespoke connection between the two suites, QEM were able to establish a streamlined process for gathering project milestone achievements. Balancing these achievements with audit and inspection results have enabled Cadent to to get a true measure of project success.

While we may get through the working day in one piece without some functionalities and etiquette, we could probably work better with the full toolset to hand. And why not? SGN - Flowstop Engineering Vendor Assessment (1736) Vendor Approval, Inspection and Expediting

QEM Solutions were asked as our continued commitment to assisting SGN with their Vandor Validation programme to carry out a Vendor Quality Assurance Audit on Flowstop Engineering Ltd (FSL). FEL have been manufacturing a variety of below 7 bar fittings for over a year in their new factory and SGN requested QEM to verify the FEL processes and systems were suitable to be manufactured to relevant GIS Standards (GIS-14525, -C8 & -F13).

The fittings for approval are listed below.

  • Fabricated Flange Adapter 14”thru 48”
  • Fabricated End Cap 14” thru 48”
  • Fabricated Under Pressure Tee 14” thru 48”
  • Fabricated Stopple Tee 14” thru 48”.
  • Fabricated CISBOT Tee 14” thru 48”
  • Fabricated CIRRIS Tee 14” thru 48”

QEM undertook a process audit to ensure the necessary systems are in place to manufacture the fittings in the new factory and sample checked compliance with the specifications provided
