QEM Solutions are assisting NGN with Quality Management services. Our resources are at the top of their game and bring years of best practice and experience to a complex and established organisation.
Main responsibilities include:

Advising and validating main works contractor’s QA Arrangements.

Evaluating and advising on quality issues within main works tender submissions.
-
Providing Management System Assessments of main works contractors and their subcontractors.
-
Co-ordinating the approval of welding and NDT procedures and other process procedures.
-
Co-ordinating the approval of installation, inspection and test procedures.
-
Reviewing and accepting project specific Quality Plans.
-
Auditing construction activities for compliance with procedures / quality plans.
-
Auditing the compilation of vendor material certification.
-
Reviewing and monitoring main works contractors' compilation of construction and test records.

Attending project meetings as required
-
Witnessing construction tests as required by the quality plan.

Monitoring that the NGN Quality Management System has been implemented and is working effectively.

Carrying out periodic QA meetings with the main works contractor.
-
Providing ad-hoc and technical advice to the Project Teams.

Reviewing Operational Acceptance requirements prior to gassing-up.
