Combined, we have over 50 years experience, gained on a variety of projects throughout the world. But no two engineering projects are alike.

Sometimes we manage a project from the very start and continue to be involved until the end reports. Other times we are brought in to provide specialist services in specific areas. Each brings different challenges. Each has different outcomes.

IES is an independent, national centre of expertise on productivity, manpower planning and labour market change. Over recent years it has expanded and diversified to become the UK's leading independent centre for research and evidence-based consultancy in employment, labour market and human resource policy and practice. It is not-for-profit, its activities being funded through research and consultancy commissions, and from its corporate membership programme.

QEM Solutions developed an intranet based management system and all associated documentation in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 and industry best practice to ensure that the operations and administration of the organisation could be implemented efficiently.

The intranet management system was developed around their existing infrastructure and robust ISO 27001 systems designed specifically for Departmental Official Information.
