While we may get through the working day in one piece without some functionalities and etiquette, we could probably work better with the full toolset to hand. And why not? There’s still a long way to go before we’re all back in the office.

Combined, we have over 50 years experience, gained on a variety of projects throughout the world. But no two engineering projects are alike.

Sometimes we manage a project from the very start and continue to be involved until the end reports. Other times we are brought in to provide specialist services in specific areas. Each brings different challenges. Each has different outcomes.

Capita Symonds - Valve Inspections Inspections & Audits

QEM Solutions were contracted to carry out inspection and witness activities on various diameters of valves on behalf of Capita Symonds for SGN. The valves ranged from 2" to 18" and were manufactured and assembled in Kehl, Germany.

QEM Solutions were responsible for monitoring and reporting on the progress of the fabrications and whether or not they were in line with the engineering requirements and design specifications. Completing comprehensive reports and audit plans enabled QEM to keep Capita Symonds and SGN informed of the fabrication progress and ensured that they would be fit for purpose and in line with specification upon delivery.
