QEM Solutions have been assisting Cadent Gas with the implementation of our Mineral Blue and isCompliant software. By developing a bespoke connection between the two suites, QEM were able to establish a streamlined process for gathering project milestone achievements. Combined, we have over 50 years experience, gained on a variety of projects throughout the world. But no two engineering projects are alike.

Sometimes we manage a project from the very start and continue to be involved until the end reports. Other times we are brought in to provide specialist services in specific areas. Each brings different challenges. Each has different outcomes.

QEM Solutions were contacted by a construction consortium based in Johannesburg, to carry out expediting and inspection activities  for the Multi-Product Pipeline Project  in South Africa.  

Managed from Johannesburg, QEM Solutions were asked to assist with the inspection and expediting of forged bends being made in Czech Republic.

QEM Solutions were responsible for monitoring and reporting on the progress of the bends and whether or not they were in line with the engineering requirements and design specifications. Completing comprehensive reports and audit plans enabled QEM to keep NMPP informed and ahead of the production process.

Throughout this process, QEM Solutions ensured that only qualified and competent personnel were involved with both the auditing and expediting.
