Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Developing, monitoring & issuing technical documentation to ensure safe and effective construction activities in accordance with client specifications and contract requirements.

Development of QITP's.

Assisting with the control of design management.

Verifying design documents in accordance with G17 / G35 requirement.

G17 / G35 approval for control & instrumentation discipline.

QA/QC control of construction activities.

Producing status reports of document approvals.

Monitoring of project processes to ensure compliance with both client and contractor quality management systems.

Document control management.

Internal and external auditing to ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007

Supplier evaluation and monitoring.

Assisting with the development of weld procedure proposals, and specifications in accordance with BS4515, P2 and API 1104.

Assisting with the development of weld procedure qualifications.
-
Assisting with the welder qualification process in accordance with the developed weld procedure specifications.

Management of welding activities.
-
Management of NDT subcontractors.

Management of coating activities.
-
Preparation and management of the hydrostatic testing program, including all documentation requirements.
