QEM Solutions have been assisting Cadent Gas with the implementation of our Mineral Blue and isCompliant software. By developing a bespoke connection between the two suites, QEM were able to establish a streamlined process for gathering project milestone achievements. Balancing these achievements with audit and inspection results have enabled Cadent to to get a true measure of project success.

Combined, we have over 50 years experience, gained on a variety of projects throughout the world. But no two engineering projects are alike.

Sometimes we manage a project from the very start and continue to be involved until the end reports. Other times we are brought in to provide specialist services in specific areas. Each brings different challenges. Each has different outcomes.

QEM will provided a suitable Engineer, with the back-up support to ensure that Technical QA was effective and implemented on  projects conducted by the Major Projects Team on behalf of Northern Gas Networks.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Collation the as-built project records
  • Checking of documents against the document registers to ensure correct version in databook
  • Collation of databooks for the BSR 4 project
  • Review fo Contractor supplied documentation
  • Review fo ATEX / DSEAR requirements

QEM Solutions assisted in getting many of the projects accross the line ensuring that numerous issued were closed out and therefore enabling commissing activities to take place.
