And while it’s true that many of us are now adept with the software, it’s likely that others still use only the bits that suit them best. While we may get through the working day in one piece without some functionalities and etiquette, we could probably work better with the full toolset to hand. And why not? Combined, we have over 50 years experience, gained on a variety of projects throughout the world. But no two engineering projects are alike.

Sometimes we manage a project from the very start and continue to be involved until the end reports. Other times we are brought in to provide specialist services in specific areas. Each brings different challenges. Each has different outcomes.

Cadent Compliance Consultancy Quality Control and Verification

Cadent Gas

QEM Solutions have been asked to assist Cadent on both a project delivery and corporate level with the validation of successful project deliverables and internal company processes.
 
Working with both the Senior Managemnt Team and the Project Delivery Teams, QEM will be reviewing contract requiremets including Handover and commissioning packs to ensure that they are compliant with the Cadent and industry specifications.
 
In addition to this QEM will be carrying out various Tech SHE audits on behalf of Cadent gas throughout the UK.
 
Activities will include:
 
  • Welding: Review of WPS, WPQ, rWPQ, NDT etc.
  • Paintin: Sample inspection of both CW5 and PA10 painting quality and control.
  • FAT: Independent review of ITP and provision of factory asset test client reports.
  • Databooks: SPOC for anything in particular flagged up during databook review
  • Tech SHE Compliance Reviews
  • Review of supplier technical packs
  • Review of Test Packs
