Founder and Software Director
Rob Graham is our CEO and founded the business in 2003. He is a civil engineer with over 25 years of experience in the gas industry, specialising in the design, construction and maintenance of high-value assets. His focus on integrity has built our reputation for trust and competence. Passionate about technology, Rob led our digital transformation and now heads the software solutions division.

Rob Curtis, Inspection & QA Director, leads our quality and inspection services, focusing on technical consultancy. With nearly 20 years of experience across gas, water, electric, and transportation sectors, Rob drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and contributing to our long-term growth and sustainability.

Tom McNulty, EC&I Technical Consultancy Manager, has over 15 years of experience in energy and utilities, specialising in onshore gas projects. He has worked with Northern Gas Networks and Cadent Gas as a subject matter expert and managed engineering in EPC/EPCM environments, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget project delivery.
