Rob Graham

Chief Executive Officer

Rob is a Civil & Environmental Engineer, and established QEM Solutions in January 2003 - the same time that he got married, and bought a derelict farmhouse for renovation. You could say he likes to keep himself busy!

The idea for the business was to bring together a team of specialists, the best in the industry, to form a group that can focus on solving problems. Initially Rob developed the consultancy side of the business, developing bespoke management system solutions for various industries; this lead QEM into the oil and gas industry developing quality, design and engineering process management solutions for projects. It was from here that QEM developed our Project Services side of the company, and the business has been growing from strength to strength ever since. 

The team might describe Rob as a bit controlling and a workaholic, whereas he prefers to think of it as an ability to figure out what needs done and a willingness to do it. The jury is still undecided with this one!

Rob used to be a bit of climbing fanatic, but now seems to get his adrenaline rush from trying to keep up with his kids!
