After several months of development and process review A.Lamb associates managed to achieve certification without a single non-conformity. QEM Solutions successfully implemented another IMS system using the latest Busines toolkit technology to ensure that the new processes would be continually beneficial to the organisation, not only by achieveing certification, but also by providing a tool that would facilitate continued improvement. This, alongside A.Lamb Associates continual strive for customer satisfaction, ensures that they rise above theri competitors and provide a service focused on integrity and results.
