We advise on specifications, test methods, frequencies and extent of inspections, procuring, expediting and inspecting permanent materials, including third-party approvals.
We develop inspection and test plans, management plans, carry out inspections and validate contractor audits. Removing project complexity for our pipeline clients, we can liaise directly with stakeholders to gain access to pipelines, allocate inspectors, manage permitry, and schedule follow-up actions as required.
Our services include weld engineering and coating consultancy, non-destructive testing including visual weld inspection, magnetic particle inspection, coating inspection, and ultrasonic testing – depending on what the client needs. Our pipeline inspectors, NDT technicians, expediting engineers, QA/QC engineers and managers provide a complete QA/QC package for steel welded pipelines. We can also act as a third-party inspector to maintain independence, working for the contractors and the clients'.
